Beauty is Power LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates this site and the Members Dashboard at perfumedpages.xyz. We act as the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

• Contract performance — to give you access to your member account.
• Consent — for analytics and any marketing cookies (you choose via the consent banner).
• Legitimate interest — for security logs, fraud prevention, and basic operation of the site.
• Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests.

4. How we use your data

• Operate your member account and deliver the dashboard, materials, and tools.
• Process payments (via Stripe).
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important account notices).
• With consent: understand which content is useful via aggregated analytics.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

We share data only with these processors, who act on our instructions under data-processing agreements:

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA / UK, we rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to certified US recipients (including Google and Stripe).

7. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your membership is active. After you cancel or request deletion, we keep the minimum data needed for tax and accounting records for 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained per Google's GA4 default (2–14 months, configurable).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data (GDPR Art. 15)
• Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17)
• Restrict or object to processing (Art. 18, 21)
• Port your data to another service (Art. 20)
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the UK ICO, Ireland DPC, your state attorney general, or the California Privacy Protection Agency)

California residents additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Security

Passwords are hashed by Supabase using industry-standard algorithms. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No system is 100% secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk.

11. Children

The Members Dashboard is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

12. Affiliate & referral links

Some links in our materials may be affiliate or referral links. If you click and purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These links may set first-party cookies from the merchant; those cookies are governed by the merchant's privacy policy.

We will post material changes here and, where appropriate, notify members by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
